Hot, steamed dumplings will chase your winter blues away. In this workshop, you will learn easy and quick entertaining recipes for dinner parties that look impressive. This pork and prawn dumplings are best enjoyed with a spicy dipping sauce using my homemade Ra-yu. Let’s make delicious miso soup made with prawn stock, too!
